The Bollywood movie “Airlift” had an amazing starts on the Box office with the total collections of Rs. 17.1 crore on its third day till Sunday. The first weekend total collection of the movie is Rs. 44 crores.
So the film “Airlift” is doing very well at the box with a decent starting and on its opening day the film collected total amount of Rs. 12.35 crores, and throughout the weekend the film performed very well. After doing very well on the box office, on Sunday, the movie “Airlift” witness a huge growth then its opening day.

The political thriller witnessed 35% growth compared to its opening day. As per anticipation on its 3rd day “Airlift” collected around Rs. 17 crores approximately. Till now the total collection of the movie is Rs. 43.95 crores.
With the total collections of the Rs. 43.95, Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Airlift’ managed to became 4th movie of the Akshay Kumar which witnessed highest opening including “Singh is Bling” (54.44 crores), “Brothers” (52.05 crores) as well as “Rowdy Rathore” (48.05 crores).
The trade analysts are saying that due to “Airlift” is based on patriotic theme so in the eve of Republic Day it will be witness more growth and Republic Day is also a national holiday.
Due to positive response from the critics and the positive mouth publicity and Akshay Kumar’s stardom “Airlift” is doing very well. In coming days the movie will be definitely create a history on the Bollywood box office.
Now it is seems that being a biggest hit of Akki, “Airlift” is all set to cross Rs. 100 crore mark in the coming days. Raja Menon directed the flick and apart from Akshay Kumar, Nimrat Kaur and Purab Kohli are also playing important roles in the movie.
