Ardaas is one of the recent released big movies in Punjab and the reason this movie is big because Ardaas directed by the Gipy Grewal and he is the one of the most popular singer and actor from the Punjab and now with this movie he did his debut as a director in Punjabi movie also if I talk about the direction he did in this movie then I can say that he is good in direction too.
But this movie is not going like that Gipy thought and the reason is this movie received stick competitions from the one recent release like “love Punjab” because this movie has not that good story and people attracting towards “Love Punjab” and that become a threat for the good earning of this movie.
Performance of all the stars in the movie is appreciated by everyone. Though the movie is revolve around Gurpreet Guggi’s Character Gurmukh Singh. He is at his best till date. But in emotional scenes his over reacting will keep you stunned.When his wife (Mehar Vij) dies in hospital Gurpreet emotional reaction were so weird, he is a fine actor no need to react in that way like audience laughs on your reaction like you are weeping so artificially.
Ardaas 7th day collection with a drop of 15% approx on Thursday accumulates Rs o.61 Crore. These are the profit number earned by the movie today. The occupancy for Thursday stood at around 40-50% approx in all over Punjab.

This movie collected good earning and going good if I talk about the total earning this movie did is in between 7 Crore in first week and that’s good also this movie did good job in his 8th and still running with occupancy of 15% in India and that good.
This movie collected between 0.85 Crore in the 8th day and that’s cool this movie is not that good and also didn’t received that good reviews from the critics too.
