G V Prakash Kumar’s new Tamil movie ‘Pencil’ is ready to hit the theatre this weekend with bang and promotions of the till now goes up to the mark. The post productions work of the movie done now. The film features new comers in the lead role.

The film is touted as a romantic story of the backdrop of school and seems the film will be succeeded in impressing both audiences and critics, and it is slowly turning out to be the third hit of GVP after ‘Darling’ and ‘Trisha Illana Nayanthara’.

As per the report, in the Tamil Nadu, most of the multiplexes having 70% houseful and the advance bookings of the film showcase that. ‘Pencil’ showcases a series thriller story where it shows that a school witnesses a series of murders, and the mystery affects the students in it. The main crux of the movie is, its spine chilling thrilling of the movie.

First Weekend Box Office collection-

The movie opened with mixed numbers of the audience and the reason is people have good options to watch and the movie has nothing good like expected by the people and that’s why they didn’t attract towards the movie in big numbers.

The movie collected between 0.88 Crore from the very first day of release and that’s not good for the makers also movie collected 1.00 crore from the second day and totally movie collected between 3.90 Crore from the first weekend and I think that’s cool.

The movie can do bit more good business like expected by the makers. But people have options to watch.

Also, I think movie receiving stick competition from the recent releases and that completion is so stuck for the movie.
