3 Dead and 10 People Injured Massive Fire In Shahdara, Delhi :- Early in the morning on Wednesday, a massive fire broke out in a hous in Shahdara, North East Delhi. In the fire, 3 persons were dead and 10 others injured, officials said on Wednesday.
A senior officer of Delhi Fire Service said that a call was received at 5:06 am about fire breaking out in the parking area of a house. The fire spread through the four-storeyed building.
The official said that Five fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the fire was brought under control by 6:30 am.
3 persons were killed in the fire and are yet to be identified.
Currently, the 10 injured people are undergoing treatment at Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Delhi.
The cause of fire is not yet known but it is suspected to be a case of short circuit.
An eyewitness purportedly told the police that the short circuit occurred when an e-rickshaw was being charged in the night.
