The Euro 2016 has already reached its quarterfinals stages and within the two days, we have got our two quarterfinalists in the form of Portugal and Wales. Now we will move to the another match of quarterfinal stage where we will get our third Quarterfinalist.
This Saturday is going be the high action packed as Germany will take on Italy for the third quarterfinal final match of Euro 2016.
These both teams will lock their horn on July 2 at the Stade Matmut-Atlantique in Bordeaux. This match is going to be the cracker of a game.
GERMANY TEAM PREVIEW
Germany has been brilliant throughout this tournament and thus, they are yet to be defeated in this tournament.
This German side had started their Euro 2016 campaign with a win against the Ukraine by 2-0, then draw their second match against the Poland and in the final group stage match, Germany defeated Northern Ireland by 1-0 to book the ticket for Round 16.
And finally they had thrashed the Slovakia by 3-0 to reach the Quarterfinal stage and finally when they are at this stage, now they would love to continue their winning streak against the Italy in their next encounter.
But there is one major concern for this team as the form of Thomas Muller. He is yet to score a goal in this Euro Championship.
Apart from this issue, this team has fully fit squad and there is no issue of injury of any player. And it is also believed that Germany will face the Italy with the same squad, which had thrashed the Slovakia in their last match.
ITALY TEAM REVIEW
Italy team looked solid in this tournament so far obviously apart from a defeat in their last group stage match against the Republic of Ireland.
This team started their Euro 2016 campaign with a bang by winning the first two group stage matches against the Belgium and Italy but then lost their last group stage game.
Then in the Round 16, this team bounced back strongly as they had thrashed the Spain by 2-0 to book their ticket in the quarterfinal stage.
Now, this team has to face Germany in their next encounter and I swear this match will be one of best matches of Euro 2016.
But, there are few issues for this team as Thiago Motta will miss this most important game as he has been suspended for one match after receiving the second yellow card of this tournament in the last game
Also, Antonio Candreva is yet to recover from his injury and apart from these concern, there is no further issue for this team.
