5 Powerlifting Players Died in Car Accident, Including World Champion Saksham Yadav

Breaking news is coming straight from the Delhi, India where a massive accident happened and a car hit a road divider and crashed into a pole on the Delhi-Chandigarh highway. Sources are saying that around five people killed in this accident and killed was a world champion who bagged the title for India in Moscow last year. Overall, this is very serious matter and we all are very sad about it.

Reports are coming that the six athletes were going from Delhi to Panipat in a Swift Dzire compact sedan, carrying their powerlifting kits, when they met with the accident at 4 am near Alipur village, close to the Singhu border between Delhi and Haryana. Police reports are saying that the car was speeding, adding there were some bottles around and the possibility of drink driving cannot be ruled out. Even though the police are still trying to investigate the case and nothing is official now for the reason of accident. Also, the powerlifting world champion Saksham Yadav and another player identified as Rohit was admitted to Max Hospital in north-west Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh. Mr. Yadav was later shifted to AIIMS in central Delhi and died from his injuries.

Also, Tikamchand, Saurabh and Yogesh, and Harish Roy, a 20-year-old student also died in car accident. Overall, the whole investigation is under the police hand.
