Well, Manithan is one of the good going Tamil movies released on 29/ April/2016 and collected good bucks for the makers from very first week of release. Movie has good buzz but only in region states like Chennai and other Tamil language related states. I think movie has good story plot but because o less buzz outside the region states movie doing average business.

If I talk about cast and production work than I can say all is looking good because everything is in perfect place especially Hansika, Prakash Raj, Radha Ravi, Udhayanidhi Stalin, and Vivek all are looking good in main lead role also this movie peoduced under Red Giant Movies and that is good.

Movie has good direction of Ahmed and his work is good but I think he needs more practice for excellent direction on the other hand screenplay of the movie is also not that much attractive but it’s okay because movie has not that big budget and people have options to watch now days
6th day box office collection of the movie-
Movie opened well in Chennai and collected between 0.70 Crore from very first weekend of release also movie collected between 0.30 Crore from the other region states like Tamil Nadu and totally movie collected between 1.10 Crore and that is quite good I think movie has good potential and I am sure that this movie can earn good in upcoming days too.
Movie collected between 45 Lakhs from Cheenai after first week and that is not that much big earnings but I am sure that this is good because movie released between 207 Screens and that is not that much.
Movie going good and if the makers released it in more screens in upcoming days than surely I can say that movie going to make good money for him as well as for the other movie star cast.
Movie has good potential and I am sure that in upcoming days this movie going to make more than budget because movie has not that big budget and with simple story I am sure that this movie going to attract people towards it in Chennai.
