The last night episode of the TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Mihir meet with an accident. Alia is totally broken down to see Mihir’s situation and she calls Ishita. Ishita is there in the school of Pihu to celebrate her victory as finally Raman makes its big for Pihu to win the contest of the school and Raman also proved himself a perfect dad for Pihu.

In the mean time somehow Aaliya manages to bring injured Mihir in the hospital. The doctor informs her that Mihir has to undergo a surgery. On the other hand, Aditya decides to propose to Aaliya, while Ishita finds out that Aaliya loves Mihir.
Ishita shocked to see that Alia confess her love for Mihir, she asked Alia what she is saying and Alia said yes I love him passionately and I can’t leave him alone in the hospital and I will be here till now Mihir won’t be alright.
Meanwhile, Shagun thinks to click a selfie with Raman and Piyush as she thinks that Ishita is not here. While going to click selfie Ruhi humiliated her own mom Shagun for which Shagun lashes out at Ruhi. Shagun discusses the same with Nidhi that how her own daughter can go against her.
Adi brings a gift for Alia and he shows it to Raman as he wishes to propose her now. Ruhi somehow shocked to know that somebody meets with an accident and that is why Ishi Maa is there in the hospital. She informs the same to Adi and Adi rushes to the hospital.
Now Raman finds out in the restaurant where he arrives to have dinner with his family that Ruhi is worried and when he asked about it to Ruhi, she explains about the detail. Ruhi asked Raman that Ishi Maa did not inform about the accident as she doesn’t want to ruin Pihu’s happiness.
Raman rushes to the hospital and he asked Ruhi to tell everybody of the Bhalla family that he rushes to the hospital for an important meeting.
