AAP Government banned Chinese crackers for this coming Diwali in Delhi : India’s prime festival, Diwali is just at the corner, and Delhi government has announced news that may bring disappointment to the faces of numbers of people of the capital of India.On Friday, Delhi Environment Minister, Kapil Mishra asked the Secretary of Environment, the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi to ban the Chinese crackers all across the Delhi.
This decision has been taken keeping in mind the rapid rise in the pollution level in Delhi. According to the reports, Delhi has become the prime city where pollution is on the continuous rise which results in a severe, life-threatening diseases like Asthma and Cancer.
Kapil Mishra writes to Environment Secretary ” “I am made to understand that ‘Chinese crackers’ are a great health and safety hazard. Its uses are causing a lot of air and noise pollution, especially at the time of Diwali. A quick action must be taken to contain the pollution. I would like to advise Department of Environment to take immediate steps to ban the Chinese crackers in Delhi.”
Meanwhile, this decision has been taken immediately after the charge of the environment department was taken by Kapil Mishra as regular minister of the environment department, Imran Hussain is on Haj pilgrimage.
Well, this news may disappoint from few peoples, but they need to understand the necessity to avoid crackers and let me tell you thing, pollution can only be contained when local people will cooperate.
