Warne was in a South African jungle with several other stars for the reality show ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ During one of the challenges, Warne had his head face-first in a bucket  filled with snakes. The Aussie spin king had to retrieve a food star with his mouth.

The anaconda bit Warne when he dipped his head into the box containing the snake on Wednesday’s episode of “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” He was treated immediately.

Warne received treatment from medics on the strike area. Doctors will monitor Warne for any signs of infection.

“Anacondas have 100 rear-facing teeth. Being bitten by one is like getting 100 hypodermic needles at once.”

“The juvenile anaconda is the one that actually struck Shane,” a Network Ten spokesperson told the news.com.au website. “It’s non-venomous but very aggressive.

Must just be one of life’s funny little ‘coincidences’ and obviously nothing to worry about. The daft cunt had just put his face into a tank of snakes. I don’t really know the point of this status, anyway… Little warning from the Archons to keep his big trap shut?

His remarks on evolution elicited some hilarious responses on social media, though some of them tended to get a bit too personal.

In that same clip, he also explained why the pyramids could not have been built by humans. He said: “You couldn’t pull a bit of rope, those big huge bits of brick, and make them perfectly symmetrical. So who did it?”
