BSP Chief Mayawati asks Modi to apologies to people for causing distress over the Demonetisation : On Tuesday, over the demonetisation, the supremo of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Mayawati once again targeted PM Narendra Modi, saying it continued to cause misery even after the end of the 50-day period.

In a press conference, former Chief minister of UP Mayawati also asked Modi to seek forgiveness from the people for making them undergo so much distress for the 50 days and more.

Mayawati also said that Modi was again trying to fool the people with false promises. She also accused Modi for not disclosing facts and figures on black money.

Mayawati accused the Central government of not caring about the problems of the people after the demonetisation. She also termed the BJP Rally BJP rally in Lucknow on Monday as a complete flop where people were ferried and workers filled the audience.

She took a dig on the promises of Central Government and said that the poor, the middle class, farmers and the working class expected some relief in form of loan waivers and free houses but nothing like this happened.

BSP Chief and former Chief Minister of UP – Mayawati said that people facing trouble to take out their money from banks and ATMs had great hope on 31st  December when Modi addressed them. But they were greatly disappointed.
