Poonch Sector: Just now, Pakistan troops violate ceasefire in Shahapur sector of Poonch, J&K , as per the reporting of ANI. They resorted to firing on Indian posts along the Line of Control in Poonch. In this week, the Pakistan army troops violated ceasefire many times after the Indian army carried out the surgical strike on the LoC in Pakistan occupied kashmir in last week. Official said that our troops are responding appropriately and no casualties or damage to our troops was reported till the report last came in. The firing is still going on.
The police said that the exchange of fire is going in Shahapur Kandi area along LoC in Poonch, J&K.
Meanwhile, terrorists attacked on the army camp in Baramulla, J&K in Sunday night. In this attack, one soldier and two terrorists were killed and one soldier got injured. The firirng is still going on between the security personnel and terrorists who are hiding in a nearby house at the bank of Jhelum river.
