Cyclone Vardah: Reconstruction of power supply started in Nellore :- In Andhra Pradesh, the region administration in Nellore is working on war footing to restore power supply in the cyclone hit mandals. Control supply to a few towns was upset because of solid hurricane winds, which removed electric shafts.

Control supply was disturbed in 594 towns in 18 mandals and work has been going ahead in a few sections of the beach front zones and 90 for each penny of force was reestablished in urban points of confinement. Upwards of 820 shafts were harmed over the region and of which 598 posts have been reestablished.
