Sunny Deol starrer movie Mohalla Assi faces legal complications; the film has been halted by the Delhi court!! It is said that the film is hurting the religious sentiments of Hindu people.

The film should not be release in the theater till allegedly offensive scenes and dialogue removed. Although, the film is schedule to release on this July 3rd 2015 but the court is saying that the director, producer and Central Board of the Film Certification have no right to take any decision for the movie. The court will give order to the movie for its further progress.
Apart from Sunny Deol, TV actress Sakshi Tanwar and actor Ravi Kishan is playing pivotal roles in the movie. The trailer of the upcoming cinema Mohalla Assi already released which indicates that the topic of the film is based about the life of Varanasi people. It is surrounding of the Assi Ghat in Varanasi on the banks of the river, Ganga.
As court suggest, the film story about, “In the entire trailer clip, characters have been shown using very filthy language”. In one scene of the movie a character shown in Lord Siva’s get up and he is using filthy language which is really hurting. Uses of filthy languages by the Hindu god are not worthy”. “It may hurt religious sentiments of the people in case the movie is released and seen by public at large”. Report says that!!!
“Therefore at this stage, a prima facie case is made out that until the religiously-hurting scenes and dialogue/words wherein the abusive and filthy languages has been used, are removed, the movie should not released”, the civil judge Kishore Kumar said.
The film has been passed from the Central Board Certification but without having the court permission the film should not be released.
After a long time Sunny Deol’s film ready to hit theater. So, craving for the movie is huge but the film is facing problems. Hope all the problems will be resolved soon.
