Delhi Monsoon Live Updates: Delhi-NCR More showers to continue in Delhi

Well, reports are claiming that Delhi and other surrounding states will see heavy rain or thunderstorm after the evening of Monday or the morning of Tuesday. Also, the possibility of thunderstorm increased the chances of few incidents so people should be in alert. Overall, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) confirmed that it will be smooth Monsoon for the people and of Delhi or NCR.

You all can say that this heavy rain will take down temperature which is out of control and Capital again breached the 40 degrees Celsius mark on Sunday. Overall, we are sure that this heavy rain will bring relief in various areas and IMD predicted the possibility of thunderstorm on Monday evening and a possibility of rainfall in Delhi-NCR from early hours on Tuesday.

An IMD official said that, “Dry and hot winds started reaching Delhi, which led to the rise in day and night temperatures. The skies were too clear without any clouds. However, relief is likely with easterly winds expected to cover the city bringing thunderstorms from Monday night and rainfall from Tuesday. Cloudy sky and showers are likely to drench the capital over the week”.

Also, the Sunday’s maximum temperature settled at 40.1 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.5 degrees Celsius, a degree above what is considered normal for the season. Some sources are confirming that the maximum and minimum temperatures on Monday are likely to come down around 39 and 29 degrees Celsius.

On Saturday the maximum and minimum temperatures were at 38.3 degrees and 28.2 degrees Celsius.  Overall, a good rain is the first desire of people now and they really wanted it. Heavy rain accompanied with gusty winds had lashed the capital on Thursday afternoon bringing the temperatures several notches down.
