But I think the word of mouth is working well for the movie because makers are getting the good profit from the movie till now.
Thodari is a romantic action drama movie which can give you full entertainment. But as we told you in our review that the movie is just a train journey and don’t expect that many good bucks from the movie. Also, the hype was not that good for the movie if we compare that to previous movies of Dhanush. Well, I think this movie going to get the good profit from the cinema for sure.

But the movie didn’t beat up any record till now I think this time it going to be hard to make any new record for the actor “Dhanush”. The movie opened up with the 30% occupancy in India where the movie collected 3.50 Crore from the very first day of release. Also, 70% collection was collected by Tamil Nadu box office. Also, the movie is running well in overseas but didn’t make that much bucks for the makers.
Overall, the movie collected 4.00 Crore from the very first day of release including overseas collection too. Also, the second-day occupancy increased a bit where the movie collected 5.10 Crore from the box office. surely the movie going to be the good hit at the box office because people have not other options to watch.
I think fame of Dhanush going to attract good audience towards the movie. People always appreciated his acting and in this movie you can see it in very good level. But don’t expect much from the movie because story plot is bit average and unsatisfied.
