England Team Preview

The three lions have roared well and is looking to whitewash the Pakistan team under the captaincy of Eoin Morgan. The England batting has bene dominating in this series. They won last four matches easily and the credit must be given to the selector of the ECB board, who roped match winner players in the squad.

The likes of Hales, Root, Morgan and Buttler completely thrashed the Pakistan bowling in all the ODI. The English fans have witnessed the storm of England batsman in the fourth match when England posted highest ever ODI score on the back of Hales’s 171.

Also, Root, Buttler and Morgan has been solid in the middle order for England. And the bowling unit of England relies heavily on the likes of Mark Wood, Moeen Ali, Liam Plunkett.

Meanwhile, England was changed in the last match as Bairstow , David Willey and Chris Jordan got the chance to play. But for this match, it is expected that Buttler will come back into the playing XI in place of Bairstow. And Liam Dowson is expected to make his ODI debut in this match.

The England team will enter this match with the single motive of thrashing Pakistan team and it, would not be a surprise if England will win this match.

Pakistan Team Preview

The Pakistan team is on the verge of getting whitewash by the hand of England team. Azhar Ali led side has really been poor in all the 4 previous ODIs.

The batting of Pakistan team lacks enough firepower as there is a lack of genuine match-winners in their squad. Azhar Ali has been solid at top of the order but his strike rate has been poor in the series. Although, despite this he is the highest run scored for his team in this series.

Sharjeel Khan has shown the glimpse but he failed to convert his starts into big scores. The Pakistan middle order has a player but still, they looks nothing as compared to their opposition’s batters.

Pakistan needs to rope the enough firepower in the middle over. Well, their bowling has also disappointed Pakistan fans. Mohammad Amir failed and he was also dropped in the previous match.

Well, this series is a dead rubber for Pakistan but they will play this for their pride. They desperately need a win to gain their confidence for the t20 series.
