Now Pihu is having high fever and Neelu informed the same to Simmi. Simmi asked Neelu to give her the medicine and Neelu gives the same to Ruhi. Now Ruhi get to know that Raman is arrested for being the charged of domestic violence on Ishita Bhalla and Pihu cries for the same. Now Raman is arrested and he is on his way to jail.

Now Ruhi sees that Pihu’s health is bad now and she realised that Pihu take wrong medicine and she need to rush to the hospital. No vehicles were ready to catch Pihu for the hospital on the road but Ruhi manages to call a car which finally and eventually carries Pihu for the same.

Now in the hospital Pihu’s treatment done and doctor gives her medicine but doctor said that they have to keep her under observation for one day as she took wrong medicine and the doctor also appreciates Ruhi that she bring the patient on time unless the complexities on the Pihu’s body would ahve been increase more.

Now the Bhaala family say thanks to Ruhi as Ruhi saves the only daughter of the Bhalla family and she is Pihu Raman Bhalla. Ruhi became sad and tears come in her eyes. She feels sad as she can’t tell to anyone that she is Ruhi. And Adi also decides that he won’t let allow Raman to torture Ishita and that is why he complaint against him on the police.
