The makers of this movie are seen to maintain the relationship between the Indian-Pakistan relationship as this movie features Ali Fazal who is a Pakistani based actor and will share the Indian actor like Abhay Deol and Daina Penty.
But only a few knew that earlier, the directors of this movie was looking to cast another Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in this movies. Yes, Guys its a fact and ultimate truth.
Actually, the makers of the director approached Fawad Khan for a role in “Happy Bhag Jayegi” but due to his personal commitments, Fawad rejected this movie.
And, Abhay Deol was cast for the role of Bilal in this movie. When the media wing asked the makers of the Happy Bhag Jayegi about the approaching Fawad Khan, then they told media wing that ” We were contemplating it, but it was a long back. Yes, we did think of him but at that time Fawad was doing something else and his dates were not there.” Eventually then, Abhay “loved the script”
They further added that movie will become superhit flip with Diana and Abhay coming together and after Mohenjo Daro and Rustom, this movie will come as a refresh and we are excepting a lot from this movie.
