Om Puri and Sanjay Mishra both are playing the main leading role in the movie. Critics already said the mixed reviews for the movie and this weekend competition level was not that stick at the box office. But “31 October” is giving the good competition to Gandhigiri and I am not sure that this is good for the movie. The movie very beautifully shows how Rai saheb makes them understand the importance of Gandhi’s principles. The movie shows that even today, Gandhian values remain meaningful and can bring peace if implemented effectively.
First/2nd day Box office collection of the movie-
The movie opened up with the average occupancy and collected very average bucks for the makers. First-day box office earning is around 1.00 Crore only. I am sure that the upcoming days are going to be a good deal for the makers. Story plot and comedy drama is inspirational in the movie.
2nd-day box office earnings are bit average where this flick only collected 0.80 Crore from the box office. I am not sure that the first weekend is going to be the good profitable deal for the makers. But as you all know that the movie has not that big budget and I am sure that slowly-2 this movie could catch more than budget.
The movie tells the story of Rai Saheb, an NRI who returns to India. Rai Saheb is a strong believer in the principles given by Gandhiji. In India, Rai Saheb meets four different people who took wrong paths due to various circumstances.
