MLA Atanasio Monserrate is booked for allegedly raping a minor girl in Goa. As reports are saying, the minor girl filed FIR on late Wednesday. She was earlier in his employ and lost from last two months.
Former Education Minister and Unattached Goa Legislator denied this accusation. Monserrate said that it was a conspiracy against him. Someone is trying to entrap him in this case. According to him, he is innocence.
As reports saying that minor girl was working in his Hallmark store. He told that her parents came to him to ask him for a job, and he gave her employment in his Hallmark store. He said that minor girl stole something from his shop and after that he reckoned off her.
The girl was missing from March, and now Police find her, and she told everything about this case to police. And then they registered FIR against the MLA. MLA Antanio aleas is also known as “Babush”.
As police officials stated that they filed FIR against him under IPC section 342, 328,370 and 376. Women’s police station initiates this case, and the investigation is underway. Everyone was shocked after this FIR. No one could expect a leader as an accused of rape.
Monserrate also said that any political party is behind this conspiracy.As we all know that, Babush was sacked by Congress party he started managed with BJP.
Well, he had not a clean, good history, Babush was earlier charged in an extortion case. His son was arrested in a case. He allegedly raped a minor German girl five years back. It is shocking if leaders do such that crime in their state then how will the public safe in their country.
After the rape case of Dalit girl in Kerela this another shocking news came. The government should answer this questions that when will these crimes stop? These accused should hanged, So that every person should know about the results of crime against a woman.
