But on this fateful night, an 18-year-old second-year regulation pupil was once allegedly become the victim of rape. And she alleged her friend’s father of raping her on the last Friday.
So the middle-aged man who is accused of rape has been arrested by the Gurugram police and the victim, even the accused daughter is shocked to know that the man raped the girl whom she addressed as uncle from her childhood days.
Police mentioned his daughter was once present when the criticism was once filed via the regulation pupil and her mom at the ladies’ police station, and the girl informed that her father will have to be punished for raping a girl.
As per reports, the accused sent to 14 days in judicial custody and On a Thursday night, the Belaire-based businessman had taken his daughter and the regulation pupil for dinner in the Cyber Hub.
The victim said to the police that she considers her friend father as her own father but shameful the person who she respected a lot has been raped her.
In her criticism, the victim said: “He took us to Cyber Hub and ordered alcohol. He forced me and his daughter to have hard drinks,”.
Between 4 and 5 am, he entered his daughter’s room where both girls were sleeping. “He woke me up, held my hands and dragged me to his room,” the regulation pupil mentioned in her criticism. “He then locked the room from inside and raped me.”
She returned to her pal’s room, woke her up and informed her the entire scenario which makes the daughter shocked.
The police reached around 10 am and spoke to the regulation pupil’s mom. Around 11 am, all 3 went to the police station to file a criticism. The man was once arrested from the Belaire flat. In the courtroom, the rape suspect claimed he was once blameless and the victim came to his room but eventually he accepted his crime.
His spouse, who spoke to TOI over the phone, mentioned the circle of relatives’ symbol has been troubling her as her husband raped a girl. “I’m in shock,” she mentioned, including she was once aware of the fact that her husband committed this heinous crime and she supported the rape victim along with her daughter and was arrived on the Gurgaon on Saturday evening. The regulation pupil’s father, also a businessman from Rajasthan, mentioned he would have interaction with the best attorney to ensure the harshest punishment for the man who tries to touch and violated his daughter. “No phrases can describe how I feel. I am hoping my daughter gets justice soon,” he mentioned.
