Halo Wars, the Xbox 360 RTS that pit humans and Covenant against one another in top-down strategic battles, is getting a sequel bound for Xbox One and Windows 10 devices. What’s more, it’s being developed by Creative Assembly, the studio behind the Total War franchise.
Although no gameplay was shown of Halo Wars 2, we got a discerning glance during a UNSC infantryman (possibly a Spartan) being pulled divided from risk as a Brute (who looked and sounded utterly a bit like Halo 2 knave Tartarus) grins wickedly. “Run, small demons,” he taunts.
