The leader of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PAAS) Hardik Patel released from the jail and get a hero’s. Eleven girl from different communitites welcomed Hardik Patel with a tilak ceremony.
Hundreds of People gathered outside of the Lajpore Central Jail and welcomed Hardik Patel. He released from the jail after nine months.
Hardik faced sedition charges. According to his bail conditions, Hardik left for six months exile outside Gujarat within 48 hours of his release.
Hardik says when he came out of jail that Don’t need 56 inch chest, all I want is right for my community and he also says that My work is for the poor family and the women of the country.
Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti had sought permission from Surat Police to organise a road show for welcome Mr Patel in various areas of the city.
PAAS got the permission from the Surat Police. Commissioner of Surat Police Ashish Bhatia asked the organisers not to indulge in any activity which may cause law and order problem in the city.
PAAS released a schedule through which the caravan of Hardik patel pass. The Patel’s caravan will pass through the different parts of Surat city, including Bhestan, Ring Road, Kapodra, Mini Bazar and Varachha area, which are mostly dominated by Patels.
In a letter from jail addressing the community of Hardik Patel appealed to maintained peace and calm while rally in the city.
In a letter, Hardik said I knew that a large number of people will gather outside the jail to welcome me. Hardik request to the supporters to maintain law and order in the city while the rally in the city. Patel community believes in non-violence. We must try to maintain peace.
