In terms of innings, Karun Nair was the quickest in Test history to scored triple ton. Karun Nair did this in only third innings and Len Hutton did so in his ninth innings.
Fifth Test Against England in Chennai 2016:
This test turned out to be a memorable one for Karun Nair in terms of reaching landmarks and achieving milestones. He scored his maiden triple ton playing only in his third Test match for India.
After making the triple ton by Nair, India immediately declared their first innings at 759/7 leading by 282 runs.
