India records its hottest day, Rajasthan’s Phalodi recorded at 51°C

And the close second to the highest temperature was in Churu, in west Rajasthan. It was recorded 50.2 degree Celsius. It was the highest temperature in India that has been listed on Phalodi in Rajasthan at 51°C.

According to India Meteorological Department several north and north-western states faced the heat wave. Rajasthan is facing severe heat wave conditions these days. Some cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, and Bhopal, have crossed 25 degrees Celsius temperature.

Cities like Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Gwalior, have passed 47 degrees Celsius these days. But despite from all of this, Phalodi in Rajasthan records India’s highest-ever temperature at 51°C. The frequency of heat also expected higher than normal in central and northwest India during summer. People are using their best ways to save themselves from this hot summer.

India Meteorological Department announced not to get out from their house between 1:00 to 4:00. The government forecaster in its fortnightly updated about the temperature that maximum temperatures are likely to remain markedly above normal.

The temperature and the heat will continue to be same until 26 May in the entire northwest, west, and central India. The temperature will be normal or below after between 27 May and 1 June.
