The Jet Airways Flight 9W 2374 escaped a major accident as it skidded while taking off at the airport in Goa. The Flight 9W 2374, which take off from Dabolim airport in Goa and was scheduled to land in Mumbai, but accidently it skipped at the airport. The good news about this minor accident is that there is no loss of life and all the 161 passengers including the crew members are safe. However, around 15 people have suffered minor injuries and fractures.
Soon, the airport authorities arranged the medical facilities for all the passengers. The eyewitness claimed the incident that ” triggering panic among passengers.”
The airlines released a statement claiming about the security of passengers as they said: ” Few guests have sustained minor injuries during the evacuation process, and medical assistance is being coordinated by the Jet Airways team and the airport authorities.”
Meanwhile, the airport has been closed until 12.30 pm for all flight operations to avoid the chaos which is created by this minor incident. The relatives and the closes one of the passengers and the crew of the Flight 9W 2374 have rushed to the airport to ensure that their relatives are safe.
