JNU Row: Strict action may be taken against Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid and Anirban by JNU New Delhi: The JNU may take strict action against JNU student’s President Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid and Anirban over the 9th February controversial event and anti-national remark.According to the reports in media, Kanhaiya Kumar may be fined with Rs 10,000 and others two Umar Khalid and Anirban may be rusticated.
It is also coming to the news from some sources that their semester exam may be cancel.
We are not claiming the confirmation of the news but it may be possible.
The three of them earlier arrested on the charges of sedition over the controversial event organized to mark the martyrdom of parliamentary terror attack victim Afzal Guru and allegedly shouting anti-national slogans but lator on guaranteed bail.
It is also a matter of the fact that earlier, the fact finding committee of JNU administration finds three of them guilty.
According to the police investigation, the youths with covered faces were find allegedly shouting anti-national slogans.
It is also a matter to notice that police scanned video footage of the incident and “identified” the five persons, whose faces were covered throughout the event, said sources. “They could be seen raising slogans against India in the video accessed by the police,”.
The event was allegedly held to mark the third anniversary of the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.
According to the reports in the media, the controversial event was lead by the Jawahar Lal University’s Student Union Kanhaiya Kumar and his supporters along with Umar Khalid and Anirban.
Everyone knows that the event draws nationwide attention and started a debate on the issue.
While Kanhaiya arrested was releaded from the Tihar Jail from 3rd January but other two Umar Khalid and Anirba Bhattacharya after judicial custody allowed interim bail for six months.
However, the latest news it that JNU administration may take strict action against Kanhaiya, Umar and Anirban. Their Semester exam may be cancel by the university.
It is also expected that Umar Khalid and Anirban may be rusticated.
