The Kannada superstar Shivrajkumar starrer crime thriller “Killing Veerappan” did descent business at the box office with its released which had been hit theater on the first year eve. The film is doing well at the Karnataka and Bnagaluru. On its very first “Killing Veerappan” collected total amount of Rs. 10 Crore at the domestic box office. As per report the collection done by the movie is excellent. On the 1st January Friday with the release of “Killing Veerappan” the film collected total amount of Rs. 5.8 Crore on its very first day. The film remains same on its 2nd Day (Saturday) and on its 3rd Day (Sunday).

The first weekend collections of the Ram Gopal Varma’s directorial project earn Rs. 10 Crore and it was expected these also. The Southern actor Sandeep is playing the title character of the Veerappan. Parul Yadav is also playing a crucial role in the movie.

As per Wikipedia “Killing Veerappan” collected total amount of Rs. 12 Crore (US $ 1.8 Million) total 3 days in Karnataka. “Killing Veerappan” is second docudrama of Ram Gopal Verma after the documentary drama “26/11”. Apart from Kannada, the film is releasing in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil also.
