The Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Kapoor and Fawad Khan starrer “Kapoor and Sons” released today with the decent starting at the box office especially in the metros and big cities. The rom-com movie Dharma productions “Kapoor and Sons” released on around 1500 screens across the country, with the it is doing decent business at the box office.
The movie opened with the occupancy of around 25% in the morning shows. The occupancy was good in the metros town including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Gurgaon. But it is already expected that the film will be fail to perform well in the mass centre.
And as per expected the Karan Johar’s “Kapoor and Sons” occupancy has been shown low in mass centres and small cities compares to the multiplexes of the big town.
The reviews of the movie goes wells, and the film received very good exceptional well. “Kapoor and Sons” is one of the most awaited and anticipated movie of the years. It received moderate reviews from the critics for the film.
Earlier the films like “Airlift” and “Neerja” received rave reviews from the critics, and now the Alia Bhatt’s film manage to do well performance at the Bollywood box office with the positive mouth publicity and good reviews.
As per the prediction the film “Kapoor and Sons” collected on its very 1st day total amount of the Rs. 7 crores.
It is expected on the Saturday and Sunday the movie will show good growth because of the weekend holiday but it will be perhaps affected by India-Pakistan T20 match.
However, the film is having no big as such competition from the another release of the weekend “Cute Kameena” as “Cute Kameena” is the low budget low rated movie where areas Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt starrer “Kapoor and Sons” is a high budget well promoted movie.
Music track of the movie “Kapoor and Sons” also received thumbs up from the audiences and the music of the movie has been composed by Amaal Mallik.
The script of the movie has been penned by Shakun Batra and as well he directed by him. The veteran actor Rishi Kapoor also plays an important role in the movie.
