Angad reaches to the Ravan’s court and delivers his message from Ram. He says Ram gives you an offer to Send Sita back with due respect and ask for apologies for his life. Arrogant Ravan asks if he was not his fast friend’s son then he will kill him. He insults Ram in front of him and asks him to deliver the reply that if he wants his life he can beg in front of him.

He challenges Ravan if anybody moves his foot in this court then he and Ram will go back accepting their defeat. Everyone tries to make his foot move but failed then Meghnath also tries to make his foot move but he also failed. He asks Ravan to return Sita with due respect and beg for his life. But Ravan accolades himself. Ravan declares the war in front of the entire court in reply to Ram’s message of peace.
Sulochana expresses his worries about Ravan’s decision to Mandodari. Sita also shares her anxiety about the war and its consequences as this only make suffer the children and wives of the martyrs. Mandodari also worries for the same. Ram got the message of war.
