LG and Apple are collaborating to announce the ultra fine 5K Display monitor

Tow big Tech giants Companies LG and  Apple companies have collaborated to define the Ultrafine 5K display resolutions to its monitors. During the last event  a brief mention of the new 4K and 5K displays, designed specifically for the MacBook Pros, together by Apple and LG.

The designs are specifically made to work with the new 11 inch and 13 inch MacBook Pro models.  The 27-inch 5K LG UltraFine Display features a 5120 x 2880 resolution and P3 wide color gamut priced at US $1, 299.95.

It uses multi-stream transport so it is powered by a single Thunderbolt 3 cable.

The monitor of the Ultrafine 5K Display comes with three downstream USB-C ports are built into the back of the display to power additional devices and accessories which include a camera, a microphone and built-in stereo speakers. The 5K display is only compatible with the new MacBook Pro because it requires a Thunderbolt 3 cable connection.

Ultrafine 4K Display and UltraFine 5K display will come equipped with speakers and camera for Face Time. The users change the settings like speakers volume sans a separate cable or on the monitor and screen brightness, owing to Thunderbolt 3. All the external displays are able to run at 60 Hz.

The LG Ultrafine 4K Display is available for order now at US $699.95 which is approximately INR Rs 46,800/- but the shipping will begin only in the next 5 to 6 weeks.

The Ultrafine 5K Display is expected to be available for purchase in the month of December for US $1,299.95 (approx INR Rs 86,900). LG and Apple are also offering a 21.5-inch 4K monitor, with a resolution of 4096 x 2304 and P3 wide color.
