Recently a new smart phone has been surfaced up on the GFXBench listing. We are talking about new LG H80 which is a new offering by the company and is expected to be the lite version of the popular LG G5. It is not yet sure whether this handset will be going to be unveiled with LG G5 or will be seen announcing in the coming months. There is confusion regarding this handset that whether it is going to be LG H80 or LG G5 Lite.
We were expecting this handset to be more advanced in terms of looks and features than LG G5 but going by the GFXBench listing looks like it is not a case.
According to the listing this handset features 5.3” QHD Display delivering screen resolution up to 2560X1440p which is slightly smaller than that of LG G5 that includes 5.5” Display. The reason why we are saying that this handset is not that much advanced in comparison to its kin LG G5 is because of the processor. It is powered by Octa core processor (Quad 1.8GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.2GHz A53) and is based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 chipset which holds no match against the Snapdragon 820 chipset which LG G5 boasts. To further enhance the graphics of gaming app, it also mounts Qualcomm adreno 510 GPU.
Further digging into its specs we get Android 4.4 version OS though it may not be true and in the end we may have Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. In listing we find that it comes along with 8MP of both rear as well as front camera, but it might be a possibility that the camera MegaPixels are wrong and the phone can at least accommodates 13MP rear camera.
The processor will be coupled along with 3GB of RAM and there is 32GB of memory on the board out of which only 23GB will be available for users storage and there is the scope of expandable external memory. Apart from that another exciting feature of this smart phone is its ability to supports both NFC and barometer. It will also entail 4G LTE connectivity so that one can have blazing fast internet connection.
It will encompass sensors like accelerometer, compass, gyroscope, light sensors, pedometer, proximity sensors, proximity etc. In terms of connectivity features, it embodies options like bluetoooth, Wifi, GPS etc. It is going to be a single SIM smart phone.
