Lenovo is going to launch the latest smartphone today at 12:30 PM in an event. The company has also provided a video link facilitating to watch the event live on its YouTube channel or on its official Facebook page.

After the official launch, Lenovo P2 will be exclusively available on e-commerce website – Flipkart. The smartphone with 64 GB variant is priced at RMB 2,499 in the Chinese market which would exchange to Rs 24,500 approx.

The latest Lenovo P2 smartphone in India will be launched in its 32 GB variant which is estimated to be approximately Rs 20,000/-. The company offers 78 hours of talk time on a single charge because the handset will be coming with a 5,100 mAh battery underneath. With the fast charging technology, that 15 minutes of charging can offer 10 hours of battery life.

The latest Lenovo P2 has ability to offer reverse charging. That means the handset doubles up as a power bank and can be used to charge other devices by connecting through a USB OTG cable. It features a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC. The handset offers 3 GB and 4 GB RAM options.

The latest Lenovo P2 smartphone comes with a mounted 13 MP rear snapper with single LED flash that is paired with a 5 MP front-facing camera for better selfies and video calls. The fingerprint sensor is embedded into the physical home button up front. The latest smartphone is going to have a tough competition from its likes including the Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC553KL) which also boasts a massive battery.

The Lenovo P2 operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating Systems and above. The handset connectivity options include dual-SIM card support (hybrid setup), 4G with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.
