Mahindra e2oPlus Electric Vehicles Now available on rent in Delhi

Well, reports are coming that Mahindra Electric Vehicles are ready to go on rent in Delhi region. The company announced that and they are coming up as a partner with Zoomcar and said that their unique service of offering electric vehicles (EVs) as shared mobility solution, to the capital of the country will start soon. You all should know that under this, the companies are set to offer 100 ‘e2oPlus’ all-electric city car on rent for residents and visitors through the Zoomcar platform in Delhi.

Also, some sources are saying that both companies have extended their collaboration to Delhi post similar collaboration in Mysuru, Hyderabad, and Jaipur which means that the service will go on their too. Also, this initiative is aimed at promoting connected, shared and electric mobility as a model, in line with the recommendations in the NITI Aayog report on the government’s 2030 vision. Overall, both companies are trying to get attention through this.

Also, during the announcement Mahesh Babu, CEO, Mahindra Electric, said, “We are confident that this move will help more people adopt EV as a technology and will contribute in India’s journey towards a greener future for the country.” As you all may know that the Delhi is a very good place to start off this mission because it is the capital of the country and an important business and urban hub, makes for a good choice for this initiative.

Even, the Delhi government has also been very supportive of electric vehicles to improve the pollution situation in the city, Mahindra Electric said in a statement that they are trying to make a change through their simple and normal step. Also, it looks like a nice move by the company Mahindra and hopes the concept and initiative likely to be appreciated by the people.

Also, the reports are coming that this initiative is financed by LeasePlan. You all should know that Zoomcar has a larger financing arrangement with Mahindra Finance, which will see Zoomcar obtain customized EV financing and it will surely work out for both companies for sure.
