Pelé: Birth of a Legend is an upcoming American biographical film about the Brazilian footballer Pelé. The film is directed and written by Jeff Zimbalist and Michael Zimbalist. The film stars Kevin de Paula, Vincent D’Onofrio, Rodrigo Santoro, Diego Boneta and Colm Meaney. The Movie has a good buzz and I am sure that sports lover going to watch this movie also movie has good direction and I am sure that sports lover going to love it.

Well, movie is all about Pele the way he worked in his life and the way he did hard work in his life that is amazing and I am sure that people going to inspire by this movie is good and I am excited because the trailer came up with big hype and after the day this movie announced people wanted to watch it and that’s good.
Now let’s talk about the buzz of India about this movie I think in India everybody who love football know who is Pele and he didn’t need that type of introduction and people will surely be going to love it The principal photography of the film begun in Rio de Janeiro on September 30, 2013.[1][2] On February 9, 2014, it was announced that the film will not release at the time of 2014 FIFA World Cup because it was in post-production and doing some re-shoots
Story Based On-
Like I told you before the movie has good story plot because it’s true incident story and mostly that type of movies do great business among the youth and sports lovers.The two young actors who play Pele’s younger self will be true stars as their skills both on screen and on the football pitch proved.” The Zimbalist stated that they wanted to concentrate on Pele’s early life for dramatic reasons, the gave the reason as: “It was the birth of the legend that parallels the birth of the Brazilian national identity, coming off the 1950 (World Cup) loss (to Uruguay) in Maracana stadium”. The film is centered on the relationship between the Pele and his father.
Positive point of the movie-
- An Inspirational story with good direction and I think sometimes that’s all we want from a movie.
- Sports related movie and I am sure that sports lover going to love it.
- The Screenplay was superb and the way actors did their job was also loveable.
Negative Point of the movie-
- The Movie has too much Drama and less sports and that’s a bad news for sports movie lover.
- Editing was good but it could be better if they tried a bit more.
- Music is not going with the momentum like a sports person wants.
Final Verdict-
The Movie is good for one-time watch also movie has good inspiration and sometimes that’s all we want also I think the way actor did Pele’s role and other related roles was superb I think you can spend your money on the movie.
