The APP government are want to approval this dual office bill for the confirmation the post of the 21 MLA’s which is the own party in the Parliamentary Secretary of the India . That’s why Te Arvind Kejriwal are decided o use the Chief-Minister power to creating this bill and forwarding for the approval of this bill by the President Pranab Mukherjee.
But at the end The President are rejected this dual office bill and confirmed by the reports , this Arvind Kejriwal bill are rejected by him and also it’s a problem for these 21 AAP MLA’s who’s under that dual office bill and it a risk generated by this bill to disqualified by the President Pranab Mukherjee .
According to the record’s wherein the Delhi assembly there are 70 member team and also in 67 member of the APP government and if there 21 MLA’s are disqualified than no effect on the AAP government its safe and The 21 MLA’s whose face the problem in which including the big name like Praveen Kumar, Adarsh Shastri, Madan Lal, Sharad Kumar, Charan Goel, Sarita Singh, Jarnail Singh and Rajesh Gupta , Naresh Yadav.
