Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu again proved his Supremacy: A Desperate Father On Train Tweeted Suresh Prabhu, Help In 20 Minutes

Mr Bibhuti, whose twitter handle is @goneinseconds on Twitter, tagged @sureshpprabhu and @RailMinIndia in his tweets seeking help after his 6 year old son fell from the upper berth of the train heading to Vaishno Devi from New Delhi on March 31.

In reply, just after the 20 min of his tweet, an official from the Railway reached out to Mr Bibhuti on his twitter account, first asked for his mobile number then promised help at next station in Ludhiania.

According to the sources, Railway provide assistance to Mr. Bibhuti at next station only in Ludhiana and this assistance is confirmed after few hours as Mr. Bibhuti tweeted again and express his gratitude thanks to Mr. Prabhu and his team.

Interestingly, this wasn’t Mr Bibhuti’s first tweet to the railway ministry that day. Just before him his SOS for his son, he had also made a complaint about dirty toilets and mosquitos on the train during the same journey.

This tweet had also been recognized and action was immediately taken, going by Mr Bibhuti’s tweet.

This is not the first time but there have been several similar instances when the Railway Ministry has taken immediate action after being asked for help on Twitter.

In February this year, a tweet to the Railway Minister helped parents find their lost daughter. In other  instances, the ministry has helped provide milk, wheelchair and other  assistance to the peope who have asked for  thehelp.
