The few days ago the hottest couple of the tinsel town Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif gone through break-up and with this break-up their love-story comes to meet the end. The B-Town celebs officially separated from together which actually trended in the social site with much buzz.

The couple known as RanKat by fans out of affection believed to be most Bindass couple who shares an intimate passionate kiss on the terrace before the news of broke-up has been out. Post break-up Ranbir and Katrina want to forget everything so they are now being busy with their works.

As per report the couple didn’t wanted to be broke-up and they even tried to making it work for far too long but things weren’t goes as per their wish and their differences can’t be resolved. So they decided to separate as per their own choice.

After this much publicised break-up, though the couple has been going through a lot emotionally, they look composed at public events. So now, reportedly the couple will not stay together and Ranbir have to move from the house where he lived with Kat. And his moving will be affecting him losing of Rs. 21 crore worth.

As per sources close to the RK says that, “Ranbir’s break-up is going to cost him financially. He will lose about Rs 21 crore after moving out from the house he shared with Katrina”.

Report says that, the couple chooses a house worth Rs 15 lakh as rent and it was their loving accommodation. RK had paid Rs 21 crore as the security deposit. The two had invested a lot of time and efforts in doing up their love nest and they were there in the accommodation for over a year.

Now after break-up with Kat, now Ranbir is living in his new home in Wilson Apartments on Hill Road from the second week of January in the entire top floor of building. Last weekend, the actor also organized a small party which was attended by his close friends from B-town.
