The last night episode of the TV series Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani begins with Badi Rani Maa stops Raja from telling Rani the truth by saying that once they will be married, Rani will accept him and she will become the princess of Amirkot. Raja says he can’t start a new life with Rani without letting her know the truth.

Meanwhile, in the hallway, Rani finds Amrita hurt in the corridor. Amrita says she just fell and asked Rani (Eisha Singh) to find Raja (Sartaj Gill) ASAP. Rajmata finds Raja in the hallway and forbids him to break the wedding as Rani under any circumstances cannot live without him.
So she said that the wedding of Rani and Raja need to take place anyhow. Raja asked to Rajmata okay but he needs to discuss something important to Rani and Rajmata wonder what can be more important for Raja to discuss with Rani other than his wedding with her.
Rani sees Raja and embraces him by saying that now she sighs to see him. Afterward, Raja takes Rani with him in somewhere to discuss something important to her.
Rani holds his face and asks him why he is hesitating to talk to her. He suddenly remembers all the good times with Rani and his promises to her that it is very difficult for him to confess the truth but he will be doing so for the sake of Rani and their relationship.
He apologises to her and tells her that Rajmata and Rani will face no more difficulties from now because of him or his family. Since during the wedding their Gadh Bandhan gets burnt and then Raja decided to take Saat Pheras by joining hands with her. He also asked the same to Pandit Jee and Pandit Jee gives nod.
Till now Raja did not reveal the brutal truth to Rani. Rajmata did the Kanyadaan of Rani as she raised her. Rajmata makes Raja promised that he will always keep Rani happy and now Rani is his responsibility. Raja is in the dilemma whether to reveal the truth to Rani or not as he is unable to hide the truth from Rani.
Jeevan is shocked to see that Bindu is missing and she is devasted to see Raja weds Rani as she always wanted to marry Raja. So now she picks up a gun and aims it at Rani when Badi Rani Maa stops her and drags her into her room. She narrates to Bindu that by killing Rani she can only have Raja’s hatred.
While taking the last Pheras Raja reveals the truth to Rani which makes her shocked. Rani throws the garlands lashes out at Raja and left the wedding venue with Rajmata. Gradually Raja realised that it was his imaginations’ and he completes the wedding by promised to himself that he will always keep Rani happy ever.
