Here is an another update for all the government job seekers. Today we have brought an update of government job which will be like a premium government job. The Reserve Bank of India has released a notification for the recruitment of B -Grade officers posts. The application process for the recruitment examination completed successfully and now the exact date ans timings of the examinations has been finalized to be on 22 November and 21 November. The test is scheduled for 2 hours.

After clearing the online examination candidate have to pass the interview round which comprises of 50 marks. And the students who get higher raking on the basis if merit will get selected for this post. Some of the mandatory details about the examination are given below. The details like timings, date, pattern and syllabus of examination will help you in preparation youself at the best for the examination.

Examination Pattern :

The Examination will be conducted in three phases Phase-1, Phase-2 which is followed by interview.

The Phase 1 examination will be objective type with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The questions in the Phase-1 examination will be given from four sections say General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

Phase-2 examination of RBI Grade B will consist of three papers in MCQ pattern (except Paper-1) . Paper-1 on English (writing skills), Paper-2 on Economic & Social Issues and Paper-3 :(optional subjects) on Finance & Management/ Economics/ Statistics.

Duration Of Exam

Phase-1: 2 hrs for 200 marks

Phase 2: three papers for 300 marks with 1.5 hrs for each paper

Interview: 50 marks

Syllabus Of Exam

Economics: Micro Economics, Macro Economics, International Economics, Public Economics, India’s Economy and Monetary Issues.

Finance: Financial System and Financial Markets, Risk Mngt in banking sector, Derivatives, Changing landscape of banking sector, financial inclusion, recent devts in financial sector, Alternate source of income, Corporate Governance in banking sector, Union Budget, Inflation.

Management: Nature, scope of mngt, Management functions management theories,leadership theories, motivation, corporate governance, verbal and non verbal communication, Human resource devt.

Statistics: Probability, Statistical methods, Linear methods, Statistical inference, Multivariate analysis, Optimization Techniques and statistical quality control, Sample surveys and design of experiments, Applied Economic statistics, Vital Statistics, Numerical analysis, Basic Computer Applications.
