Samsung Galaxy S8, launching on March 29 check Specification Features

In a few hours from now, Samsung will launch Galaxy S8 and S8+ at the company’s annual event.

The launch will happen in New York and London on March 29. Samsung will live stream on its Galaxy website on Wednesday.

If it performs well, Samsung will able to re-establish itself as the true competitor to Apple.

Both smartphones will feature ‘edge’ display and S8+ will have a display, similar to iPhone 7 Plus. However, S8 and S8+ will come with a 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch display.

Going by the latest images of S8, it seems that both smartphones are waterproof, like the Galaxy 7 and S7 edge. Blue, Black, Gold and Silver colour options will be available.

Injong Rhee, Samsung’s head of software services said that- “Bixby will be a new interface.”

Samsung claimed that Bixby will be able to control app than other digital assistants.

Samsung might release the Galaxy S8 with Exynos chipset and will feature microSD support up to 256GB.
There will be a 12MP rear sensor and a wide aperture. Not much is known about the cameras, so more at the launch event.

The interesting part of the S8 will be the DeX Station. It will be a desktop dock. The dock will be sold for 149 Euros.

The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus would cost approx Rs. 56,000 and Rs. 56, 500 in Europe. Pre-orders in South Korea are set to begin on 7th April.
