The Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is to team with the multi-talented lad of the tinsel town Farhan Akhtar in their next venture “Rock On 2”. This will be the first time when Shraddha will pair up with Farhan and she is very excited to teaming up with the “Bhaagh Milkha Bhaagh” actor. “Rock On 2” is sequel to the earlier moderate hit film “Rock On”, most of the cast will be reprise their roles from the previous part including Farhan Akhtar, Prachi Desai, Poorab Kohli and Arjun Rampal. Only “Ashique2” fame Shraddha is the new add in the franchise.

She will be reprise Luke Kenny’s role who died in the earlier franchise. The musical drama is schedule for filming very soon.
Abhishek Kapoor is not directing the flick who were “captain of the ship” in the earlier series of the film “Rock on”. In fact in this series the responsibility of writing and directing is holding by Shujaat Saudagar.
The liability of the production has been hold by the leading man Farhan Akhtar himself with his business partner Ritesh Sidhwani, under the banner of Excel Entertainment.The popular trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy is selected to score music of the film. The new actor Shashank Arora is also playing a key role in the movie.
