Smartron has launched a new handset with the name t.phone as they have promised at an event in Hyderabad. It comes in enticing colors like orange, silver, blue and white color variants. It is priced at the tag of INR 22,990 and hence placing itself in the mid range segment. It will go on sale from the starting of the month June and will be available from Smartron tstore and gadget 360 as well.

Just like its name it bears stark similarity with the iphones. Just like iphones even here also camera is placed at the left most corner accompanied by LED flash. Talking about its specs then it sports 5.5” Amoled display delivering screen resolution up to 1080p and is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3 as well. It promises 401ppi pixel density. It also touts to have Apical Assertive display technology that improves the visibility in the sunlight.
It runs on Octa core processor (4x 1.5GHz ARM A53 + 4 x 2.0 GHz ARM A57) based on Qualcomm snapdragon 810 chipset. It also incorporates Adreno 430 GPU to augment the graphics. Processor is amalgamated along with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and it bears 64GB of memory on the board which can be further expandable via MicroSD card slot up to 128GB and this is not it one also gets unlimited storage through t.cloud storage. It operates on latest android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
It is a dual SIM smart phone with hybrid SIM slot which means one slot will be for Micro SIM and other slot can be used for both MicroSD card slot or for Nano SIM. It entails connectivity features like Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac supporting 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency, Bluetooth V4.1, GPS, USB Type C connector, 4G LTE etc.
It houses 3000mAh battery capacity which comes along with quick charge 2.0 feature. Apart from that this smart phone also let one access umpteenth services from t.cloud, t.store and t.care.
