The film is directed by exemplary director Anup Kurian who created quite a wave in 2004 in the national and international film festivals with his offbeat debut movie Manosarowar, and who will be again gambling with The Blueberry Hunt this April which has Naseeruddin Shah in the lead.

The movie Blueberry Hunt has  big star cast besides Naseeruddin Shah in the lead cast, others featuring in the movie are Vipin Sharma, Aahana Kumra, PJ Unnikrishnan, Yadu Sankalia, Vinay Forrt, and Kartik Elangovan.

Story Base On:

The Blueberry Hunt unfolds the story of a monk played by Naseeruddin Shah as i told you earlier. The story is based on a succulent green deserted estate bordering the forest on the high altitudes of Vagamon, Kerala.

The film centers around a monk locally known as “Colonel” played by Naseeruddin Shah, living with his large German Shepherd dog. The story emphasizes on the last five days when Colonel’s plantation of a high strenght variant of marijuana called Blueberry Skunk gets ready for the harvest harvest.
