“Wazir” is the first Bollywood movie of the year 2016, which featured the Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar in the lead role with the B-Town beauty Aditi Rao Hyderi playing a crucial role. Moreover, in the film there are some extended cameo appearances’ arrived including John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh. Movie occupied 30% of the morning shows in the both multiplexes and the silver screen. It has less competition at the box office anyway. The movie was well promoted although. With it’s released “Wazir” clashes’ with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale and Ranveer Singh’s Bajirao Mastani movie which are released almost a month ago.

Wazir Movie 3rd Day Box Office Collection 1st Saturday Kamai

Despite the release of “Wazir” it is “Dilwale” and “Bajirao Mastani” has maintained the occupancy rate of 35%. “Wazir” received mixed reviews from the critics.

Good mouth publicity and Farhan Akhtar’s star power fetches audiences in the theater. The trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote the collections of the movie on its official page of the micro blogging site and he tweeted, “#Wazir collects $ 120,000 [Rs. 80.04 lacs] on Thu in UAE. GCC numbers not included”.

“Wazir” is made with the budget of Rs 42 crores. It would raises up to Rs 7-8 crores at the box office and it may raise up to 30 crores easily in the first week if it follows the same hype. “Wazir”is a great movie, an emotional thriller, which definitely will do good one of the year. The film has opened with 30-40 % occupancy rate.

“Wazir” actually opened better than Amitabh’s earlier released like “Shamitabh” and “Piku”. Songs are good in the movie anyway. Concept of the movie is good which is directed by Bejoy Nambiar.
