The film received moderate response at the box office after its release on 24th July. Being a parallel movie it performs moderate at the box office and the positive mouth publicity help the movie. The story of the movie is set on the background of a rural area in the Uttar Pradesh.
The film has been directed by debutant director Neeraj Ghaywan and it is produced by an Indo-French co-production Company Drishyam Films.After the release of the film “Masan” it creates he buzz critics penned down good reviews for the movie and trade analysts already predicted that the film will perform moderate at the box office and the same happen.
