Now Twinkle said they were lucky to find partners who were best friends. Yuvi said that she is right and Twinkle is surprised. Jenny and Yash exchanged rings now and Pallavi said that she wants to go Amritsar after surgery. Doctor said he could do surgery in India too as he is having a good hospital in Amritsar too.
Now Twinkle made Jenny ready for the wedding and she thinks about her marriage with Kunj. She remembered taking the Saat Pheras and wearing of Mangal Sutra. Twinkle mistakenly put Sindoor on her forehead, suddenly she remember that now Kunj is no more.
She hardly said anyone about the pain she was going thorough. She once shared her pain with Kunj when she was drunk once, but she was acting strong again. Yuvi said to Twinkle that she lost her ear ring, she got tensed, and she started searching for that.

Now Twinkle got conscious and she is excited and happy to know that she is pregnant with the Kunj’s baby and she recalled Kunj’s tears come in her eyes and the family became emotional.
