UPSC CDS 1 2017 Written Exam Result Declared at (upsc.gov.in) :- Union Public Service Commission has announced Written Exam Result.Candidates who have qualified on the basis of result conducted in February, 2017 can now stand for SSB interviews to be held for admission to the 144th Course of Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy.Written exam result indicates the candidates who are eligible for interviews for admission in IMA. Cut off vary between 70-100. As the number of test takers is large, it takes the Service Commission, some time to announce Results of Exam. As per Press Information, Result has been announced. Candidate must be aware of his/her roll number.

After declaration of CDS Result :
Candidates can go through the list if they have been selected for further rounds of selection. Instructions for candidates who have qualified as per the Result are given below.The original Certificates are to be submitted and not later than 13th November 2017. They must submit the original certificates in support of age date of birth, educational qualifications, NCC, etc.

Steps to check Result:
- Result of written exam is published as a PDF file containing roll numbers of candidates who have qualified by the Selection Board of the Ministry Defence.
- Click the link given above and simply open the PDF file on your window.
- Ctrl+F and type your roll number. If your roll number is in the list, that means you have qualified.
The candidates being shortlisted for SSB interview, on the basis of Result is determined by the cut off and other factors. In the past two years, around 10000 candidates have been shortlisted for interviews based on the result of written exam. UPSC shortlisted 8500 candidates as having qualified by the Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence last exam.Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying cut off marks will be called for further rounds of selection process.
