He is currently the British number 7 behind Kyle Edmund, James Ward, Daniel Evans, Brydan Klein, Aljaz Bedene, and Andy Murray.
The 29-year-old two-time Grand Slam winner faces a fellow British player for the first time at a major tournament in Broady, ranked 235 in the world.
